Led by Josh Bromley-Lynch, a teacher from the school, the teachers from the Confucius Classroom came to the School’s canteen and taught the students how to wrap dumplings. All the students showed great interest and learned earnestly. When the steamed and shallow-fried dumplings were ready, the seven students who had been to the Confucius Classroom did the service voluntarily, some preparing the sauce, some allocating dumplings, and others carrying them to the table. Six students chosen from each class tasted dumplings. After eating, they all said: yummy, yummy!
