"The beauty of the soup lies in the fusion of various flavors. “Mandarin is one of those foreign languages offered in K-12 schools for students to improve bi-literacy and international leadership just like Spanish or French or other second languages. Confucius Institute’s goal is to meet the demand from all level learners for language instructions and cultural experience. CI at SF State, as one of partners of CABE, enjoyed this close cooperation and collaboration with all bilingual teachers, administrators in California. All our contributions to bilingual education have been recognized and the Confucius Institutes in the U.S. will keep commitment to providing better Chinese programs to all students who want to learn the Chinese language and culture.
