The opening dance Auspicious Prairie, with the perfect fusion of the Morin khuur, long tune, Khoomei, dance and other Mongolian elements, was magnificent and fully presented the charm of national art. Erhu solo “Horse Racing” depicted the mighty galloping horse, presenting the vivid scene of Mongolian festival horseracing and associating the audience with the vast grassland and herdsmen’s joy. The wonderful Sichuan Opera Face Changing won uninterrupted applause. With mildly flowing tunes, the song “Geese” lingered on people’s minds. The “Top Bowl Dance” was so graceful that it brought the gala to climax yet again.
