Confucius Institute at Texas A&M University Hosts the 1st Chinese and American Students Cultural Exchange
February 23rd local time, Confucius Institute at Texas A&M University hosted the 1st Chinese and American Students Cultural Exchange with more than 60 students attended.

The theme of this event was about friendship, romantic relationships and marriage. Chinese and American Student representatives came up stage and shared their opinions. The audience was divided into discussion groups and they showed great interests and enthusiasm. The students learned the differences between Chinese and American culture through conversations in a relaxed environment. Many of the students established new friendships after the event.
The 1st Cultural Exchange was co-hosted by the student organizations such as Chinese Language and Culture Club (CLCC), Chinese Students Association (CSA) and Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA). The Cultural Exchange Series will host three events with different themes once a month this semester.
