How interesting shuttlecock kicking is

Walking into the Confucius Institute, visiting teachers and students were attracted by exquisite traditional Chinese artworks and costumes. Led by teachers of the Confucius Institute, they eagerly joined in kicking shuttlecocks, playing diabolos, beating big drums, striking small cymbals and other traditional Chinese folk games and Chinese instruments. The teachers and students also excitedly tried on masks of the figures in Journey to the West, such as Tang Sanzang and Sun Wukong (Monkey King), and took photos as a memento. Some students held up the lion’s head and imitated lion dance. The teachers and students were very excited about the joyful scene.
