Ms. Jing expressed that she hoped the Confucius Institute could continue to be unique, increasing the levels of quality and influence of CI projects, and that the students would actively participate in CI projects, to aid in creating a humanistic foundation for China-Brazil exchange.

Several of the CI instructors and teachers provided reports on their work and study progress. Ms. Jing gave firm affirmation of the work done by the CI instructors, and encouraged the students to work hard at studying Chinese, obtain a thorough understanding of China, and contribute to China-Brazil exchange.

The Business Confucius Institute at FAAP was established after the signing of an agreement between the Brazil FAAP Higher Education Center and Confucius Institute Headquarters in July, 2012, with the Chinese collaborative institution being China University of International Business and Economics. The Business Confucius Institute at FAAP is distinguished by its business Chinese education, and has established a series of business Chinese programs which are “menu”-based, modular and contextualized, aimed at Chinese learners of various language levels and working in various industries.
