A total of around 1,000 people attended this event. During the show, the audience was offered with a rare opportunity to witness the splendor and elegance of the clothing of Han Chinese ethnic group in dynasties like Tang and Ming, which revealed the development of Chinese fashion over time. Meanwhile, Guqin, Go, Calligraphy and Painting were displayed on the stage, which fully exhibited the abundance of Chinese classic traditional culture. The fabulous performance of “water sleeves” (actor's long sleeves in classical operas) offered a great opportunity for the audience to appreciate the charm of Chinese traditional operas appealing to both refined and popular tastes. The performances of tea art and etiquettes introduced to the audience the traditional lifestyle of Chinese people. When the silk of various colors were gracefully dancing on the stage, the audience was all astonished with excitements, which brought the show into a peak. When they listened to the soulful Tune of Rainbow Cloud from the ensemble of piano and guzheng, it seemed that they were all suddenly brought into a wonderful world, where they enjoyed themselves in this fresh yet harmonious music and felt surprised and touched by the perfect fusion of arts from east and west.
