The Fourth Teaching Cooperation between the Pusat Bahasa Mandarin at University of Al Azhar and the Language Center of Indonesian National Police Headquarters Officially Launches

Jakarta, May 27th, 2013 - Upon the invitation of the Language Center of Indonesian National Police Headquarters, the Pusat Bahasa Mandarin at University of Al Azhar attended the opening ceremony of the second language training course for policemen in 2013 hosted by the center. This is the fourth cooperation between the Pusat Bahasa Mandarin at University of Al Azhar and the Language Center of Indonesian National Police Headquarters.

The number of students receiving this Chinese language training hit another record high by increasing to 30 policemen. Those policemen come from different provinces in Indonesia. The Pusat Bahasa Mandarin at University of Al Azhar will provide the students with a three-month Chinese language course. After finishing the training, the 30 policemen will return to their police stations respectively and provide necessary assistance to the Chinese people in their police districts with what they have learnt.

At the opening ceremony, Drs.MuhammadNurUsman, MBA, President of the language school of Indonesian National Police Headquarters, delivered an important speech. Not only did he tell the students the importance of learning a foreign language, but also he showed his great expectations for this training for students. Moreover, he also presented learner’s licenses to the policemen in person.
