The “Nouvelles d'Europe” is one of the largest Chinese-language newspapers in Europe. During every Spring Festival, the Nouvelles d'Europe launches the French Spring Festival Special Issue to introduce the customs and festivities of the Spring Festival to French citizens. The issues are distributed at the Spring Festival Parade, the Chinese embassy’s Spring Festival mass greeting meeting and the New Year party held by overseas Chinese organizations in Paris, enabling them to experience the festive atmosphere and Chinese culture. Every year, the Spring Festival Parade in Paris attracts more than 200,000 people, when the copies of the Spring Festival Special Issue of “Nouvelles d'Europe” are distributed to the audience, thus creating a great influence.
