Curriculum Vitae of Ma Jianfei

    MA Jianfei was born in January 1964, and is from Liaoning Province. He began his first employment in July 1985 after graduating from Beijing Normal University with a BA degree in Chinese Language. He also holds a MA degree in Theory of Curriculum and Didactics, and a PhD degree in Applied Linguistics from Beijing Language and Culture University where he is a professor.

 

    He is now serving as the Secretary of the Party Committee (Director General Level) and Deputy Director-General of Hanban; Deputy Chief Executive of Confucius Institute Headquarters; and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the International Society for Chinese Language Teaching.
